Third-Party Costs
All WhatsApp API/platform fees, provider charges, subscriptions, messaging charges, advertising costs and other third-party expenses must be borne by the client separately. These expenses are not included in the plan price.
Client Responsibilities: The client must provide accurate business information, required access, permissions, approvals and materials.
Platform Eligibility: API activation, features and messaging capabilities depend on Meta requirements, provider support, account eligibility and technical availability.
Scope of Work: The plan covers only the agreed setup and deliverables. Additional development or integrations may incur separate charges.
Exclusions: CRM integration, paid advertising management, ongoing campaign management, bulk messaging services and ongoing technical support are excluded unless separately agreed.
Policy Agreement: By purchasing this plan, the client confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to all applicable policies, Terms of Service and other applicable terms. The client must agree to these terms before service begins.
