Commercial Terms & Terms of Service
- Plan Fee: ₹2,500, payable as a one-time setup charge.
- Third-Party Costs: All WhatsApp API/platform fees, subscription charges and advertising costs must be borne by the client separately. These expenses are not included in the plan price.
- Client Responsibilities: The client must provide accurate information, valid account access, required permissions and timely approvals.
- Platform Eligibility: Available features depend on Meta account eligibility, settings and platform availability.
- Scope of Work: Only the features listed in this plan are included. Additional work requires a separate agreement and charges.
- Delivery: Setup begins after the required information, access and approvals are received. Completion depends on account readiness and platform access.
- Exclusions: Paid advertising campaign setup and management, chatbot development, AI automation, CRM integration, advanced lead tracking, bulk messaging and ongoing management are not included.
- Policy Agreement: By purchasing this plan, the client confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to all applicable policies, Terms of Service and other applicable terms published on the official Upstart Digital Marketing Agency website. The client must agree to these terms before service begins.
Important Note
This plan provides a basic contact setup using the client’s existing accounts and the WhatsApp Business App. WhatsApp Business Platform/API integration is not included. Paid advertising, advanced automation and ongoing management are outside this plan’s scope. Lead volume, conversions and sales are not guaranteed.
