Terms of Service

| Worldwide Payments | Prices are maintained in INR. International payments may involve exchange rates, payment fees and applicable taxes. |
| Renewal & Cancellation | Renewal requires advance payment. Fees for work completed or initiated are non-refundable, subject to applicable law. |
| Delays & Liability | Client or platform delays may affect timelines. Upstart is not responsible for third-party outages, account restrictions or unauthorized client changes. |
