Order Workflow

| 1 | Online Order and Payment | The client places the order online, completes payment and reviews the applicable published Terms of Service. The online order and payment are governed by those terms; a separate written agreement is not required. |
| 2 | Collect Business Requirements | The client provides the business name, logo, contact details, business information, website content, design references and initial requirements within the allotted timeline. |
| 3 | Domain, Hosting and SSL | Domain, hosting and SSL arrangements, access and readiness are confirmed. These services are excluded unless explicitly included in the order. |
| 4 | Website Design and Development | Website development within the agreed scope, including core pages, navigation, product categories and WooCommerce shopping functionality. |
| 5 | Website Testing and Client Approval | Website display, navigation, cart and checkout functionality are tested. The client reviews the website and provides approval or relevant feedback. |
| 6 | Website Launch | The completed website is made live after development, testing, client approval and confirmation that domain and hosting arrangements are ready. |
| 7 | Payment Gateway Integration and Policies | After the website is live, payment gateway integration can proceed. The client supplies required KYC documents, business proofs, bank details and other information requested by the provider. The client may supply the required website policies or request preparation by Upstart at ₹2,000 per policy, charged separately. The client must review and approve prepared policies. Gateway approval is subject to provider requirements and is not guaranteed. |
| 8 | Product Catalogue Responsibility | Upstart does not upload the client’s product catalogue. The client is responsible for uploading and managing products independently, including product names, descriptions, prices, images and stock details. |
| 9 | Product Management Guidance | Upstart guides the client through product management using 2–3 sample products or provides video tutorials showing how to add, edit and manage products. This is guidance only and does not include uploading the full product catalogue. |
Important Commercial Terms

| Delivery Timeline | Minimum 7 days, provided the client submits required initial content, information, access credentials and approvals within the allotted timeline. Client-side delays, approval delays and third-party dependencies may extend delivery. |
| Online Order and Terms | The online order, payment confirmation and applicable published Terms of Service govern the purchase. A separate written agreement is not required. |
| Domain, Hosting and SSL | Domain registration, hosting, SSL, renewals and related charges are excluded unless expressly included in the order. |
| Third-Party Costs | Premium themes, paid plugins or extensions, subscriptions, APIs, payment gateway fees and third-party services are extra unless explicitly included. |
| Client Content | The client is responsible for the accuracy, legality and usage rights of supplied business information, text, images, logos and other content. |
| Product Catalogue | Full product uploading, catalogue data entry and ongoing product management are not included. The client uploads and manages the catalogue independently. |
| Payment Gateway Approval | Approval, activation timelines and continued availability depend on the payment provider’s requirements and decisions. Upstart cannot guarantee approval. |
| Policy Preparation | Policy preparation is charged separately at ₹2,000 per policy when requested. Depending on the business model, policies may include Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, Refund/Cancellation, Return/Replacement and Shipping/Delivery policies. |
| Website Maintenance | The first-year maintenance bonus covers only the maintenance services defined in the applicable package terms. Domain, hosting, SSL renewals, paid subscriptions, third-party charges, major redesigns, new features and out-of-scope development are excluded unless expressly included. |
| Business Results | No guarantee is made regarding sales, revenue, rankings, website traffic, leads or customer acquisition. Results depend on multiple business and market factors. |
| Additional Work | Requests outside the agreed package scope, including additional functionality or custom development, may incur additional charges subject to approval. |
